-Parsley Software Recipe Database (Spring 2027)

A curated collection of healthy and playful recipes. Using my experience as a chef and a nutritionist I will give clients full access to recipes of my own and those from popular cookbooks, favorite food blogs and famous chefs. I will also be doing custom recipe requests. All clients with one on one coaching may request up to 3 recipes a week to get loaded into Parsley and a free tutorial on how to use the app on their own.

Our model centers around personalized nutrition and fitness coaching, empowering clients to achieve sustainable lifestyle changes while introducing them into a community of likeminded individuals.

Nutrition Coaching: Drawing from the foundational concepts in Deep Nutrition, & Good Energy we emphasize the significance of whole foods, nutrient density, and ancestral dietary patterns while acknowledging and navigating the conditioned tastes, psychological and Physiological impact of the Standard American Diet. Our goal is to educate clients on making informed and Intuitive dietary choices that enhance overall health and quality of life.

  2. Fitness Coaching: As a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), with years of hands-on experience training alongside respected coaches and working with fellow athletes, I specialize in designing effective workout programs that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Each plan is tailored to your unique goals, skill level, and access to equipment—whether you're training at home, in the gym, or on the go.

  3. Wellbeing Coaching: We incorporate practices that acknowledge the mental aspect of your relationship with food and fitness. Emotional Awareness, Stress Management and Mental Well-being are integral to achieving long-term success in living a longer fuller life. Aligning your mind and body through breath work, yoga, and meditation practices is just a few techniques to try and implement wellbeing into your life after you’re done reading this.
